What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal and most Major Credit Cards including VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Please keep in mind you don't need a PayPal account to make a purchase. You can still use your credit card on PayPal to make the purchase of your choice! Go to PayPal.com.
How will I know that my order was accepted?
You will receive a confirmation that your order has been processed. In order to process your order, the
cardholder's name must match the name of the billing address, and the
billing address must match that of the purchasing card.
How can I check the status of my order or tracking number?
You may check the status of your order or request tracking info by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you within 24 hours. After shipping process and upon request of customer, a tracking number will be provided.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
Please contact us at email@example.com to discuss a return or exchange of items. Returns on general stringing materials (such as feathers, chain, threads, cords, elastic, etc.), opened packages, & sale items are not accepted. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging and return within 7 days of receipt. A product that is returned in a way that cannot be resold may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We are not responsible for items that cause an allergic reaction.

Your credit card is charged when your order is placed. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until it ships.
