What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal and most Major Credit Cards including VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Please keep in mind you don't need a PayPal account to make a purchase. You can still use your credit card on PayPal to make the purchase of your choice! Go to PayPal.com.

How will I know that my order was accepted?
You will receive a confirmation that your order has been processed. In order to process your order, the cardholder's name must match the name of the billing address, and the billing address must match that of the purchasing card.
 

How can I check the status of my order or tracking number?
You may check the status of your order or request tracking info by emailing us at brooklynjewelgasm@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours. After shipping process and upon request of customer, a tracking number will be provided.
 

What is your refund/exchange policy?
Please contact us at brooklynjewelgasm@gmail.com to discuss a return or exchange of items.  Returns on general stringing materials (such as feathers, chain, threads, cords, elastic, etc.), opened packages, & sale items are not accepted.  Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging and return within 7 days of receipt. A product that is returned in a way that cannot be resold may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We are not responsible for items that cause an allergic reaction.

Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. We encrypt all information sent via the Internet, so that data arrives privately and securely at its destination. Brooklyn Jewelgasm makes every effort to protect your online order by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology. 
 

When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged when your order is placed. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until it ships.

All orders are process withing 24-48 hours and are shipped by USPS.  Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive. Please note that we ship during normal business hours. We do not ship during the weekends or holidays. For example, if you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will not be shipped until Monday.

** Following credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within 3-7 business days. This is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail. You must email brooklynjewelgasm@gmail.com for tracking number.
